-Also for some reason, America is one of the easiest for me to try drawing. :I Guess I'm getting used to it... I'd like to practice France and Canada someday. Maybe improve on England. Then I can draw the FACE Family

Heck, it'd be nice to be able to draw any of them substantially well.

Tried to colour with the right colours and used a palette Hima-sensei posted on his blog long-long ago. (According to the re-poster ._.;; ) 

I don't know how to hair any more!! Anyone ever feel like you lost some of your abilities from inactivity? Also, how do you hand? I just winged the hand. @.@ Blargh.
